Happy Thanksgiving, Warm Wishes to All

We have been invited to a Gringo Thanksgiving celebration our first year in Atenas, Costa Rica.  I offered up my traditional Devil Eggs.  The last time I made these, we attended a Tico baby shower. When I told the Mother-to-be what I was bringing, she had to Google them, because she had never heard of Devil Eggs.  I told her it was not only a personal tradition, but also kind of a pun for her baby shower.  As usual, the eggs were a huge hit and the 65+ Ticos gobbled them up in less than 5 minutes. So, today I am thankful for the opportunity to spread the love and bring my famous Devil Eggs to another party. I will never give up the recipe, but I can tell you there are NEVER any left over.  So I guess you will have to invite me to your party if you want to try them for yourself.  I actually think they are better than ever since I had to make certain ingredients from scratch, like Pimento & Relish (I could not find these items at the store), but my husband even said these were the best batch he ever tasted.
While I hear it is cold, rainy and snowing in many states across the US, even our home state of Texas. I wish everyone all over the world WARM WISHES, especially our friends and family who are missing out on the best Devil Eggs in Costa Rica:) ...and perhaps the only Devil Eggs in Costa Rica:)
